It’s my aim to meet you where you are with the appropriate level of coaching. I can meet virtually, in person, at your office, or at the trail-head, grocery store, gym, or wherever you feel most comfortable. I also provide coaching for teams as well.

Pricing is available by simply sending an email. Please review the standard options, and let’s work together to find a coaching model that works best for you.

Virtual Only

12 Session Package - 1 hour sessions
Typically once or twice a month. Coaching is done over the phone.

In Person Coaching

12 Session Package - 1 hour sessions
Similar to the virtual meeting, but let’s meet somewhere convent for you.
