Why Dan?

Dan has been there, done that.

As an emergency physician with twenty years of clinical experience on the front-line of humanity, and as a  C-suite business leader, avoiding difficult situations and conversations has not been an option.

In order to stay healthy and effective, he has had to personally learn, develop and integrate skills and systems to optimize not only his performance, but that of those he has lead – hundreds of professionals and executives from across the country.

How can one feel good, sustainably, and serve others without feeling depleted? It requires the same degree of personal expertise and specificity which we bring to our work every day. “Middle age,” just like you most likely, he has had his ups and downs too –personally, professionally, physically and emotionally. And he has, through careful cultivation, been able to continue to serve others,“thrive”  and lean-in through intentional and comprehensive practices.

He has helped thousands of patients and hundreds of professionals learn new skills, feel and do better. He doesn’t pretend to have all the answers, but rather to stay curious and ask the right questions.

Efficient, effective and no BS; just honest, thoroughly curated and cultivated evidenced-based expertise – working for and with you!
